Tattenhall

Tattenhall phase 2 was completed in August 2018. Main contractor Seddon, through negotiation, extended the original contract for timber roof structure and timber frame on 3rd floor to include for ancillaries such as chimney stack fixing, Tudor boarding, bay windows, canopies and pergolas, fascia and soffits. Basically a one stop roof package. Contract sum was circa 600k. The build team helped get this project to a satisfactory completion ahead of contractual programme
